Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare, both human and veterinary. It works like a credit card that is used for your pet's healthcare services.
To apply for CareCredit, click, fill out and submit the CareCredit Online Credit Application. If accessing the Internet is not an option, you can also call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Pet History Records
If you need a copy of your pet's medical history please give us at least 24 hours notice. Also, if your pet's history is 10 or more pages you will need to pick it up at the office. We can not fax histories of 10 or more pages. Thank you!
